- The wrong product was shipped to you.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Note: Refunds are not applicable for used, altered, or custom-ordered items.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:
- Online Payments (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking) → Refund credited within 5-7 business days.
- Wallet Payments → Refund within 3-5 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
